Tim Costello’s commitment to service and integrity is deeply rooted in his family background. As the son of a World War II veteran and a former Strategic Air Command (SAC) Air Force firefighter, Tim brings a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and dedication to everything he does. These are the values that serve as the foundation for our mission and long-term vision.

At the heart of our company’s strategy is its proprietary Eagle Reach A.I. system, which is an advanced analytical platform that’s designed to identify regions with significant growth potential. As managing member, Tim Costello currently oversees all company operations and strategic direction. Supporting him is his sister Teresa Costello, who serves as office manager and plays a key role in daily administration and organizational development. Together, they’re laying the groundwork for our scalable organization and future expansion.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious growth plans, as we anticipate expanding our management team and hiring additional personnel beginning October 1, 2026. This planned growth reflects our organization’s commitment to building a strong operational foundation while pursuing strategic opportunities in both the real estate and digital asset markets.
